The provided method specification for wick drains is intended as a guide. The Engineer should review it carefully and make the necessary adjustments to account for the size, complexity, conditions and specific requirements of the project. This work consists of furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to install prefabricated vertical (wick) drains in the ground in accordance with the Plans and as specified herein.
